Five StarsBy JackieThis book is helpful for me to get familiar with the fashion industry5 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Beginner levelBy Ashley123Not was I was expecting. This is a basic book that covers just some of what you would learn in 1st year in a fashion degree program. This might be good for those that want a brief introduction into the basics of fashion design though. It covers a lot of different topics; such as how to use color in a collection and how to render your designs on paper; but does not delve into any given area past a basic surface level. Also; please note that this book does not aid with any technical sewing or pattern making skill development.
