I was under the impression that the book would be ...By Ross MillerI was under the impression that the book would be fully comprehensive from basic tutorials through advanced; which in my estimation it is not. A tutorial DVD would have been preferable. I also could have misunderstood the sales pitch as to what the book provided. I am now trying to resell it on e-bay.
