I admit I was expecting so much more than I received. Its about the size of a good coloring book. Theres a few pages of forwards but not much reading. The bulk of the pages are diagrams of horse bodies in different stages; skeletal; tendons; muscles etc; with miniscule letters or numbers to be looked up on the key pages in the back. Those keys are divided into 4 per page and printed landscape style making it difficult to use to explain the letters numbers from the diagram pages of a horses body. To top it all off; these pages are printed so tiny; even with a magnifying glass they are difficult to see. It helps me as an artist because I can now verify the placement of the muscle groups; and attachments to bone etc. It aids your imagination ; but is not a HOW TO drawing book.
