Der Laie macht sich gemeinhin wenig Gedanken daruuml;ber; ob und wenn ja; was Kunst und Pauml;dagogik gemeinsam haben und worin sie sich unterscheiden. In Zeiten; in denen Bildung an ihrer ouml;konomischen Verwertbarkeit gemessen wird; hat es die Kunst und somit auch die Kunstpauml;dagogik als scheinbare Nebensauml;chlichkeit im Kanon der Schulfauml;cher schwer; sich in den Curricula der Bundeslauml;nder zu halten. Ich mouml;chte einige Fragen an den Beginn dieser Arbeit stellen; um dann in mehreren Schritte den Versuch zu unternehmen; diese systematisch zu klauml;ren. (...)Die Relevanz des Gegenstandes steht (also) auszlig;er Frage: Bildung betrifft jeden! Nicht nur diejenigen; die sich fuuml;r ein Studium eines Lehramtes oder einer anderen pauml;dagogischen Fachrichtung entscheiden; muuml;ssen sich mit Fragen der Bildung auseinandersetzen. Jeder; der studiert; bildet sich. Es ist Aufgabe und Pflicht jedes Studierenden; in Bildungsprozesse einzutreten. Daruuml;ber hinaus muuml;ssen wir als zukuuml;nftige Lehrerinnen und Lehrer nicht nur in der Lage sein; Bildungsprozesse bei den uns anvertrauten Schuuml;lerinnen und Schuuml;lern anzustoszlig;en; sondern auch selbst fortwauml;hrend in Auseinandersetzung mit sich stauml;ndig und immer schneller auml;ndernden Rahmenbedingungen treten. Meine These ist: Nur; wer eigene Bildungsprozesse reflektiert und wer sich intensiv mit der Frage auseinandersetzt; was Bildung eigentlich ist; kann Bildungsprozesse auch bei Schuuml;lerinnen und Schuuml;lern anstoszlig;en; in Gang setzen. Nur wer den Schmerz wie auch die Lust an der stauml;ndigen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Neuen und dem Fremden kennt; die Bildungsprozessen unweigerlich innewohnen; kann in seiner Funktion als Vor-Bild zeigen; dass es sich lohnt; sich dieser Aufgabe zu stellen. Dabei bin ich der Uuml;berzeugung; dass insbesondere die aktuelle Kunstpauml;dagogik einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Verstauml;ndnis und zur Reflexion eigener Bildungsprozesse leisten kann.

MUSIC TRULY MARKS TIMEBy DaveSincereI loved the description Part Memoir; Part Business Book and Full Time travel down memory lane.I completed reading this book in 3 days. The book really picks up for me after LA meets Babyface meets Pebbles. The three of them moving to Atlanta did so much for the music industry and the world. They were able to discover some of the biggest talent in the South and I do not believe they get their just due for that.Its true that music marks time and reading this book; remembering the songs and pulling the videos up on YouTube took me back to a carefree time of my life being in college and experiencing life with loved ones who were still living then.The anecdotes on how Babyface got his name and how he HATED it in the beginning; the story of LA Reid and Babyface writing "End of the Road "and "Love Shouldve brought you Home" for Anita Baker and her not really feeling them. Those two songs created Hall of Fame careers for Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton. LA Reid taking his bosss Clive Davis Job.. and still having to meet with him. Then in the biggest turn of events losing his job after bringing two of the biggest Artists of Arista selling 10Million records each - Pink and Avril Lavigne. Who in the hell gets fired for making MONEY!!!?? That shows you Corporate Politics are REAL.To listen to LA Reid describe his biggest regret of dropping Lady Gaga.. you can hear it.. Damn near feel it. He rebounded by helping find Justin Bieber.Overall; GREAT BOOK.. Great insight into the music business and what happens behind the scenes. It reminds of a Doug Morris quote LA says in the book.. "Its better to be lucky than to be good."This book was based on both. Very insightful!By B.JosephReading this book has helped to see the man who was and is behind the many wonderful talents the world has come to know. Hes a living legend and Im thankful he took the time to share a little bit of his world with us. I cant help but look at musical artists differently knowing what I know now. Hopefully our paths will cross one day and I can share my thoughts of this books with him in person.
