Brilliantly exploring the world of improvisational performance and theater games while examining the brain science involved; as well as bringing the practices into aspects of every day life and work. Sometimes densely packed with past studies and innovators in the field; but always enjoyable. The author obviously comes from a place of expert knowledge of theater as well as academia; and his style is relaxed; funny and very clear and inteligent throughout. Im sure this book will be part of this theatrical traditions growing literature.
