Photos unlabeled; badly written and editedBy MayaThis is another book written by a non native English speaker and never edited by someone who speaksEnglish as a native. It is incoherent at times; badly edited; and very disorganized. In short; it is a perfectexample of this publishers work. The photos are not labeled and are probably illegally used in the bookbecause they are not credited. The pictures do not match the print and some of the information is notcorrect. In some instances there are critical words missing in a sentence that make the sentence notvalid. My kids picked out some of the places in the photos; but asked me why they are no named. Theyare used to looking at these books for me because I want their opinion as I review them. On the whole;all four kids said it was a badly written book due to incorrect use of the English language; and unlabeledphotos. They say this persons use of English is better than their use of Chinese; but they are not writingbooks in Chinese. This was from my 8 year old. All four children were reading by their fourth birthdaysand they read at a very high level because of that. I do not allow them to read books by this publisherwithout me because of the poor grammar and editing as a whole. The two older kids are not interestedin reading these books. If you are writing in a language that is not your native language; do yourself afavor and get someone who reads and writes as a native speaker to look at your work before you sendit out.I received this product at a discount or free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review of the productbased upon my own personal experience. Great ebook for my kiddoBy SilverdogGreat ebook for my kiddo. Its nice to have something we can both read together and explore. We love to read. We have three children (Boy - age 15; Girl ndash; age 10 and Girl - age 5) While we traditionally like to read bound books together as a family we have purchased a kindle for our ldquo;family libraryrdquo;. We give each child an allotted amount of money to spend per month for new books for themselves. We often try to select childrenrsquo;s e-books that appeal to our younger daughter but to appeal to the older children to read aloud to her. This helps with their reading retention. The older children are more likely to choose a good chapter book. We also try to choose nonfiction books to help educate ourselves more. But there is always room for fiction in our lives  We like to write reviews on the books we purchase to help other families who maybe also looking to start or continue building their ldquo;family librariesrdquo;.
