Loved the fun facts and images!By Brad and April McKinleyI absolutely love this book about wolves; especially the visuals included to supplement the content. They were a lot of interesting facts that I had no clue about wolves and I now feel enlightened after reading this book. My son also; who is three; loved this book as he often travels to the zoo with myself and wife to see the wolves. All in all; I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested about wolves or has a kiddo to spark their interest about wolves. Wolves are so similar to humans!By Burns WellThis book is full of interesting facts about wolves. Its fascinating how similar wolves are to humans. I suppose this is why the dog; a close relative of the wolf; is mans best friend. This book is great for kids; with its interesting; easy-to-understand facts separated by plenty of amazing pictures of wolves in their natural habitats. It is a great book to encourage a childs interest in wildlife; nature; and science. But if you get this book for a kid; you may want to read it for yourself first. Wolves are my absolute favorite animal; and a book like this is fantastic; in that it tells how they REALLY are...not how the media often portrays them! Wolves are actually wonderful parents and pack mates...they stick close together...take care of their Alphas babies; and feed the old and frail...in their pack....This book has some wonderfully concise information on wolves and their lives...along with beautiful and clear pictures! I was actually surprised at how wonderful this book was... informative enough for school children; for which it was written; and easy to read for them also!! Everything Ive read from Speedy Publishing has been nothing but FANTASTIC!!
