The included audio contains recorded versions of all assigned repertoire pieces and examples; so there is no doubt what they should sound like. Rarely does an accomplished artist extend his musical passion to the area of teaching; but jazz composer/keyboardist John Novello is the exception. Novello began teaching in 1983; and released The Contemporary Keyboardist a few years later.

The DVD was funny; but I dont think it was intended to be that way. Overall a helpful book to learn the basics of stage lighting. If I played the DVD on double speed the content was tolerable.
