I simply thought it could have delved deeper. I was (and still am) a fan of Lance and NSYNC. Maybe that was my problem. ;) I was the teenybopper girl that read every magazine article; went to every concert; and grew attached to every album.Reading this book years later as an adult; I was hoping to gain insight on Lance; the guy; that had consumed so much of my preteen focus; only to feel like I had read much of this story before (was I really *that* smitten as a kid?). Maybe his image wasnt far from the real thing. From this book; he still seems like the down to earth; sweet gentleman publicity painted him to be. I enjoyed the last few pages the most because it wasnt an account of events; but how he felt about them and about life.I would have enjoyed reading more of that.5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. fantastic book!!By sunset*galas a huge fan of nsync; and a lover of rock n roll biographies; i was definitely interested to see what lance wanted to say. some fans will think he didnt tell enough...but; to each his own. he revealed what he wanted to reveal.back to the book: lance talks about his previous singing projects before nsync (he was in a few other groups) when out of the blue; a young justin timberlake called and asked if he wanted to join a new group in florida? and with that...changed music history!!so; to all the nsync fans or anyone who loves reading real-life rock n roll biographies (i always think the artist themselves writing the book is almost always better than an anonymous writer writing it!) this book is a very interesting read. and to lance: best of luck with your own group!! and yes; i would also love to see nsync get back together...for old times sake LOL! thanks again for all the great nsync memories :)0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Meh...By sf0726I hate to give this book two stars but i just cant recommend it. Its a quick read summarizing Lances life. Summarizing being the key word- he really only goes into detail about his attempt to go to space. I was hoping to read stories about his time with NSync. I felt like Lance really held back here; he could have divulged more without getting invasive or gossipy; just simply telling stories.
