TeagueThis is a most important for because it isnt just about the movie; it has serious value in explaining the context of the rebellion and then in chapter 8 Michael Parenti does an excellent job explaining why Spartacus lost. In fact that he had to lose because at the time the ruling class understood how to exploit the traumatic damage done to slaves; and the rebels didnt really understand what they were up against.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
