Monologues for WomenBy Pamela Jarmon-WadeOn my quest to prepare for an audition; finding monologues for women has not been the easiest thing to do. This is the second book that I found dedicated to women monologues. Personally; I did not find one that was a perfect fit for me at this particular time; but it is worth having for future needs. The most valuable part of this book for me was the Introduction on Acting Solo and Your 60 Seconds of Fame. If you are female and need a selection of monologues; then this is a keeper.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. The Monologues the thing....By Michelle CalhounThis book proved to be invaluable in finding varied monologues from well-loved plays. My only complaint; however; is that some of the plays are either currently out-of-print or previously over-done. I would suggest this book; however; as it has many; many womens monologues to choose from--no easy task in a world dominated by acting books for men.
