ebooks Celebration!: Early Intermediate Piano Duet by Lynn Freeman Olson in Arts-Photography

Description

In the late-19th and 20th centuries; composers produced a wealth of innovative piano music; venturing in new directions and seeking new sounds. The music produced during those transitional years is considered "20th-century music." Works by 37 composers are included in this comprehensive survey of 20th-century piano music; they range in difficulty from intermediate through early-advanced levels and cover the widest range of styles and idioms from that genre. Dr. Hinson has provided historical and biographical background and performance notes.

Its a production that I think should be done more often.0 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Just like the IrishBy C. L. WhiteI laughed; I cried; I covered my ears. This is such a classic piece of Irish-ness! The storyline is fanciful (unless YOU regularly have Hollywood crews arrive in your little town) but the underlying truths are not. When we saw this play performed in London; two actors played all the parts; which just added to the poignancy and hilarity. Drunks; dreamers and the depressed are all part of the Irish national psyche; and "Stones" hits on all these. This little gem of a story deserves wider acclaim.0 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Jake Charlie will win you over...By Easy ReaderThis is a wonderful play; but unless you have a prodigious imagination; reading it wont be nearly as enjoyable as seeing it performed. Tis no small feat to move this one from the page to the stage.Plenty of laughs to earn the "comedy" label; but it wouldnt be Oirish if it was nothing but funny.
