From what Ive played so far; both the notes and the lyrics seem true to the actual songs; as I have had contemporary books where they have messed up on both (most likely due to them not being official books; which I cannot be sure this one is either). I have played for almost 5 years (with a hiatus this past year) and I still have a slight stumbling in some of the more challenging songs like "Hurts Like Heaven" with its upbeat tempo; and "Paradise" with its heavy bass influence. I would rate this book as Intermediate level; not easy and not difficult; due to there being a variety of note-intensities depending on which song youre playing. Unfortunately; I do not play guitar; so I cannot verify the guitar chords; but they are included throughout and I would go so far as to trust them.
