Teaching myself to play has never been so easy!By Christina H.Have you ever started an activity as a child and never finished only to spend the next years even into adulthood wishing you had gone further with it? I did until I ran into this book online browsing one day...it was the next level up from where I had left off and I figured Id give it a shot. Im so glad I did! I never couldve imagined that teaching myself to play could be so easy! I loved the variety of music introduced. I liked the fun and well known songs like Comedians Dance; Hokey Pokey; and America the Beautiful (because whats more motivating than having your kids applaud and dance around singing while you play lol?) but I also enjoyed the more classical Swinging Sevenths; Mussette; and Harmonic Minor Scales in Parallel Motion. As an added bonus; there is a certificate of completion added on the last page to help you celebrate your accomplishments. This book helped me easily pursue enhancing my musical talents as well as renewing my passion for playing and Ill definitely stick with Alfreds lesson books as I continue onto the next levels.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
