One way they know when they are ready for another song is when they can play a song from memory while the duet part is played. I appreciate it that there is a duet for every song in the book; for Suzuki Cello; unlike for Suzuki Violin which doesnt offer a separate duet for each song of the first 3 volumes of Suzuki Violin.
