Warning re the Kindle editionBy Kindle CustomerRe Kindle edition - the images/illustrations are NOT included - for each illustration the book says refer to the print edition - how sad and ironic for a book on visual culture - some other Kindle books do an excellent presentation of visual images - and/or the publisher should clearly state this defect with the Kindle version
