Review

I think the book could be improved by adding more real world examples/case studies to make concrete the ideas that are covered in the text.2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. A great idea but poorly presentedBy A CustomerThe community impact evaluation methodology is certainly a complicated concept. While the author did go into great lengths to describe and explain it; he fell short of presenting it in a way that can be understood reasonably easily. In a book on a completely different subject matter (system development: requirement; evaluation; design; and implementation); the author Dr. Eleanor Jordan did a great job in showing how the various tools could be applied in the real world. Lichfield should certainly consider reading it before revising his book for the next edition; if there is going to be one.
