Its focus on inner monologue gives actors the necessary tools to deepen their performance in a natural way helping them understand the importance of inner monologue on stage. There are numerous exercises for actors to experiment with on their own; in rehearsal; or a classroom setting to strengthen the levels of performance especially through inner monologue.
