There are very few writers who specialize in this combination; and so I was eagerly anticipating the release of this book. I enjoyed it immensely. It contains real life fashion for real women; because beauty belongs to all women; not those of a given age; income; or body type. There is only one thing that I want to say that is not a criticism; merely an observation. I deliberately bought the printed book because most magic and design books have a lot of illustrations; which are easier to follow in a printed format. This one doesnt have illustrations or pictures; making it very appropriate for purchase in an kindle format. I love the convenience and space saving capabilities of my kindle and use it whenever possible.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Fashion Has Never Been So Fun!By Laurali StarIve always loved fashion but this book makes it magical and fun! I had actually; due to money problems; found myself losing some interest in fashion until I read this book. It inspired me to rethink my wardrobe in a way that upgraded me; as feeling good about yourself equals success and prosperity. My favorite aspect was our astrological signs have influence over our wardrobes and even the colors were attracted to. I learned; you can also choose your outfits by the days of the week and whatever planet is aligned for that day; which I use religiously. I chose a fashion angel; or in my case a fashion fairy; which was a fun exercise. Reading this book quickly prompted me to go through my wardrobe; getting rid of clothes that no longer served me. By doing so; I made space for the new. Within a week; as if by magic; some new clothes showed up in my life. This book has a lot of fun activities that you can do to play with fashion. I really enjoyed reading it and will definitely be reading it again soon. It really opened up my mind about a lot of things and I learned so much about my style! Applying the knowledge has been fun and high-spirited. A great read for every woman or young girl; in my humble opinion!2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. A Fashion Pick-Me-Up!By BookAddict74This is such a fun and uplifting book. I remember when I was younger I was quite the fashionista. But the years have gone by and I got into the "mom fashion slump." This book really got me thinking more about my wardrobe and how dressing better and taking more time dressing was in no way vain. It contains great advice on a variety of fashion topics; and is truly a joy to read.
