I believe it is the complete version of two other publications (same author) that were separated and made into a CD-ROM format. Easier on the books binding to have a CD; but this is the cheapest way to get all of the beautiful designs. I gave this book a 4 star rating; because some of the pictures are crudely drawn and the lines are not as crisp as I would like. Many of them do not color well when scanned in and transfered to art programs. If you are happy with the black and white illustrations provided; then you are good to go. Even with the color limits of the scanned illustrations; I have used this book so much that its wearing out! I plan to buy another copy so that I can cut out the pages of the first book for better scanning. The thickness of the book makes some images hard to scan in straight. All in all; Love the book. Worth every penny.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
