The play made me understand why the movie functioned like it does. The play is really set in the consciousness of one person; and characters go "through" his mind. Its a sad piece--set in Nazi Germany and shows us how small choices lead to very big consequences. Excellent!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Does not contain "And A Nightingale Sang" as advertisedBy D. WeisbergBought this because I wanted to read "And a Nightingale Sang". However; to my dismay; the kindle version of the book only had "Good" and not a single page of "And a Nightingale Sang". The cover and title of this book are wholly misleading.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Read This ImmediatelyBy J. SchoffmanCant recommend this play enough.
