Ive contacted their customer support who have sent me empty links. Now Im being referred to someone else in customer support why I dont know; just want to download the files of the Kindle book I purchased. Im seriously thinking about contacting and returning this book it is not good without the files. Packt Publishing fix your site or pull your books.Update...I was sent an email that told me a team had checked the previous link they sent me and the link was fine....however it was a different link than was sent previously. The book really pushes you to use the keyboard shortcuts and it does pay off eventually. It teaches a lot of tips and techniques that I didnt pick up on with other books.
