I have the original issues of the comic book in color; but being an artist I can certainly appreciate the black and white art in its original size! The production values are top notch; and it is a signed edition! A surprise to me since it was not advertised as such. I was very happy to find Mr. Thornes signature on the title page! As a collector who already owns Volume One of this series; Volume Two is a very satisfying addition. And I plan to purchase Volume Three in the near future. Frank Thorne is a National Treasure; and his mastery of line and composition is matched by his storytelling ability and unique characterizations. I would highly recommend this Artists Edition to any collector of contemporary art!
