EVERY ENGRAVER - HARD OR SOFT METAL; EVEN WOOD; NEEDS THESE DOVER BOOKS!By CustomerI use it for firearms engraving - and it works perfectly; and not being anywhere near a master at wood engraving; Id bet most of the designs would work well on wood as well - or on any softer metal - and make some glorious belt buckles. EVERY Engraver ought to have as many of these old design Dover Books as they can - no copyright means you just transfer them and go to town!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. great tool for the bookshelfBy Michaelin428great for needlework; or any embellishment!
