There is something so calming and relaxing about coloring mandalas and this book of mandalas with its unique animal themes adds another element and level to the coloring experience.If you like the cover picture; you will love most of the pictures inside this book; there are 4 less intricate illustrations like the bats in the preview pages . I am adding my favorite pictures from this book and my two least favorite for you.This book is a perfect addition to your coloring library; or a gift for college students; or adults who enjoy coloring; and a much easier way to reduce stress than going to the gym.This book is perfect for colored pencils; gel pens; or ultrafine markers. Some gel pens and markers bleed through the pages so use paper under the page.1. 30 imaginative; animal themed Illustrations printed one per page (the back of each page is blank) on medium weight; bright white paper2. All markers that I tested (Triplus fineliners; Bic Mark-it ultra fine; Sharpies ultra fine; Pentel ; ) leak through the page so place 2 pieces of paper under the page you are coloring and leave it until it is dry to prevent damage to the next page.3. Fiskars Gel pens did not leak through the page; Irma Gel pens did so test your gel pens.4. This book is 7 frac12; inches by 9 1/4th inches5. The circular mandalas are centered on the page and average 6 frac12; inches across; not much smaller than a full sized books mandalas.6. Beautiful and Detailed Oriented PagesBy Jeannette C.This is a wonderful coloring book. It is smaller than a regular 8 1/2 by 11 coloring book. It is about 7 x 9 inches. Pages are printed on 1 side only. The Mandalas are printed in the middle of the page and are approximately 6 inches in diameter. Some of the drawings are extremely detailed oriented and may be difficult to color if your eyes are not very good or your hands not very steady.
