A former graduate tells of how Shepherd University shines through the pages of this book.By j knodeHaving attended Shepherd in the days when it was referred to as a college; I can truly say that this book shows the growth of Shepherd as well as the way the towns people opened up their arms to the students. No where else could you walk down main street where all people spoke to each other. The town of Shepherstown opened up its town to this university and was proud of its endeavors .
