(About half of the photos are of the outside of the houses.)*This book and many of its tips are geared toward someone who is involved in architecture and building design of minimalist homes.*Considering the cost to own these homes; a lot of this book is impractical to the average income person.*For those who have a strict cellular data limits; the e-book has a large file size of 67mb; per .Positive and Negatives:+ Very long length; with a lot of photos.- Picture quality on the layout diagrams is poor. The text is blurry; even when zooming in. With smaller devices; like the iPhone 5; you will need to constantly zoom in on the diagrams to be able to view them better.Final Notes:*Overall; the provided tips are much more relevant to someone designing and building a minimalist home from the ground up; rather than someone trying to decorate or convert their home without having major construction. However; this book does have lot of pictures of minimalist homes; which could be helpful for those with an interest in this subject. My books cover was torn in 3 different places; which made it look used. possible careless packaging?
