All the projects are unique and the pictures of them are detailed and beautiful; and they capture each project perfectly; but what I love the most about it are the written words. Laura does a fabulous job of explaining in depth each project from details on certain stitches to the kind of yarn you should use and why. I feel like I am an experienced knitter but Im always wanting to learn new techniques which can be hard to find. With each and every project from this book; I find Im in a classroom learning something new about knitting and that is truly a wonderful gift from a book.I also love how Lauras pattern are refreshing! How many times have you knit something and every pattern starts exactly the same way and while some things are different; you are essentially knitting a similar pattern. With Lauras patterns; you are never going to go the same route. Its like she takes you on a ride that youvenever experienced before. You may be knitting a shawl or gloves or a hat but the way she gets you from point A to point B is ever-changing which in my opinion; keeps the patterns fun. This book will definitely keep you busy and I highly recommend it to all knitters both beginners and more experienced ones as we can all and will learn something new with this amazing book. It should be an essential part of every knitters library.
