Description

Aristophaness "Lysistrata" is one of the great comedies from classical antiquity. Central to the work is the vow by the women of Greece to withhold sex from their husbands until they end the brutal war between Athens and Sparta. A hilarious and decisively anti-war comedic drama; "Lysistrata" stands as one of the great works from the classical age of drama.

Clearly each mixtape is crafted with great attention; and it translates to us; readers; who will likely be taken to sweet nostalgia as we begin seeing ourselves in each of the chapter written. Its a pleasing read; and an effortless page turner.3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Just as good the 2nd time. Maybe better.By Dave KolbRecently bought this book and read again after having been introduced to Sheffield by a friend a few years back. It was just as good the second time around. Highly recommended for anyone interested in music and finding their counterpart in life.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Love; Loss and MusicBy KJ JonesA trifecta for a great book. Sheffields enthusiasm for music is unparalleled. I would highly recommend this book if you are a lover of all things music; have experienced a loss and loved someone so deeply it hurt. I will be looking into his other books shortly.
