Description

One bathroom. Two people. One day. A relationship witnessed in minute; devastating detail. A story of intimacy; fragility and the darker side of love; Jack Thornes Mydidae exposes the private and disturbing moments a couple share; and explores what becomes of a relationship when it is held together not only by love; but by fear; guilt and despair. A two-hander full of unexpected menace that probes and chips at its characters; peeling back layers of skin... a potent piece of writing Exeunt Magazine Like a punch in the gut... what makes all of this not only bearable but completely transfixing is the unmistakeable honesty of the writing Whatsonstage.com

Review
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Scarcely usableBy T. MorganBeing a tremendous Jim Hall fan; its hard to leave a 2-star review for anything with his name involved. But its surely the only responsible thing to do. The Kindle version of this book isnt really usable. The charts are just plain too small. You cant zoom in on the cloud reader; and on my kindle (first gen) its pulling teeth because you have to zoom so far in you only get two or three bars. Then: close; next page; zoom out; zoom in; double-tap the image; reposition. Yeah. Really poor work in the transfer and a disservice to the greatest living jazz guitar player.Anyway; Ive just bought the print edition.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Any transcription by Jim Hall is a great lesson; including this.By Garman HSecond time for me to buy this book. Lost my first copy in a move. While this book isnt as detailed as this others as to "why" Jim Hall did what he did; any transcriptions of his playing is always a great lesson.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
