In doing so; Buci-Glucksmann makes the case for the pervasive influence of the baroque throughout history and the continuing importance of the baroque in contemporary arts.

Very cool bookBy Noms91If you like comedy; but more especially; comedians; you will like this book. I got it for a friend as a gift; and looked through it ahead of time. When I ordered this; I thought it was actually a book with text; but its a book of portraits of great/famous comedians; with quotes dispersed in between.
