These types of books are pleasing to the eye and present a simple pictorial history with little to no academic rigor; fine. Be that as it may; you will not find more than a handful pictures representing the African American community in any way. This book literally and figuratively ignores a whole community that makes ~30% of the demographics of the parish and thats a disgrace.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
