Lrsquo;uomo si inserisce con il suo impatto negativo nel normale ciclo dellrsquo;acqua causando un impoverimento progressivo delle risorse idriche e per conseguenza ponendo le basi per pericolosi processi di degenerazione idrogeologica ambientale che provocano una riduzione generale della falda acquifera planetaria con conseguente avanzamento della desertificazione. Per proteggere le risorse idriche bisogna abbandonare la convinzione che lrsquo;acqua sia una risorsa illimitata. Il risparmio di una risorsa cosigrave; importante rappresenta infatti una necessitagrave; per la vita sul nostro pianeta ed egrave; legato alla possibilitagrave; di un reale miglioramento delle generali condizioni di vita umane. Per fare ciograve; si deve operare su due versanti quello del risparmio della risorsa idrica e quello del miglioramento dei consumi e dei sistemi di consumo.
