Review
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great trip down monster memory laneBy Paul DellingerThis has to be the most varied look at media horror tales ever; covering as it does not only the movies and key television episodes but even radio. In this way; it takes the reader through the evolution of the genre as it has been acted over generations. The book and magazine inspirations for these tales are by no means ignored; but this is about the actors; scripters; directors; musical composers and others who brought these stories to screens large and small; or no screen at all (you will see why radio drama was called the theater of the mind). Anyone interested in the genre will learn a lot here.
