There are one or two words that kids might need help with but for anyone older Im afraid the content isnt there. I got bored 4 pages to the end and it is a very quick read for an adult.The format for the e book is terrible. The text is on its own page leaving bird pictures before or after the page went to along with the text. Making it harder for the kids or the reader; the pictures are not labeled. If you bought this e-book for your kid it would leave them frustrated; confused; and uninterested.The pictures are nice but it could show the bird from more angles.The right teacher could be presented this book to a class; however they would have to know more about birds. With added facts this book would be much better for larger group of kids.It is not a research book in anyway; it is more of introduction to bird species. Ok; but a few miss printsBy Ms.VersaceI found this ebook while searching for like items for my kids class project on birds. It has a lot of fact which was exactly what I had wanted. Now my kid pointed out that the facts are not correct.....So I looked into it and he was right!! The Falcon picture has Eagle facts and the Flamingo has Ostrich facts.....so not a great book if your looking to learn from it. It did work great for the purpose he needed it for because he already knew some of the facts and could point out what was wrong with them; but he also took some of the facts he knew were correct and used them in his project. He also brought the book in on his Kindle to show the teacher that he found a few incorrect things in this book. He got an A on his project!! Eye-Catching photos that had my kids returning to read it!By Savvy_ThoughtsThe Most Popular Birds in the USA book is a nice picture book for young children. They enjoyed looking through the pictures and learning facts about the birds. The pictures were eye-catching; so they asked to return to the book frequently.On a side note; I am impressed the author wrote "gulls" and not "sea gulls". The author must be an ornithologist or avid birder.This digital copy was purchased at a discount in return for this honest review.
