She thinks its really easy. Just wish the book could have been larger and easier to read.By Elaine PhuaGreat value; it seems to include just about all the songs from Taylors first 3 albums; plus a couple of singles (Today was a Fairytale; Crazier). A total of 40 songs! The chords sound very accurate; its great to have all of these songs in one book.My only complaint is that the book is pretty small; about the size of a trade paperback or slightly larger. This means the chord diagrams are tony; have to squint to decipher which string and fret is indicated! A larger format would have been great. Also; this book uses normal glue binding which cannot open flat; unless you want to stretch the spine and risk the pages starting to come out. I think staple binding would probably have been better.But for the price; the number of songs and the accurate lyrics and chords cant be beat. Taylor Swift music is a joy to play along to.By Michael HarrisThis handy little book includes all the songs from Taylor Swifts first 3 cds; Taylor Swift; Fearless and Speak Now. No songs from Red are included; but several non-cd songs are; like Crazier and Today Was A Fairy Tale. All the songs are in the correct keys but you will need a capo to play some of them. Dunlap trigger capos are my favorite.Jim Dunlop 83CS Dun Trig Capo Curv Smoke The spines of these guitar chord books are constructed so as not to crack when laid open flat. Very nice touch. There are a couple of songs that say to tune down your guitar 1/2 step and then put on a capo. Well you dont really need to tune the guitar down; just subtract one fret (1 fret down from the fret count (1/2 step; each fret is a half step)---instead of capo at 5th; capo at the 4th--then you dont need to tune down. One thing I noticed. There is an ad for other Guitar Chord Songbooks on the last two pages of this book. The ad shows a Taylor Swift book without the songs from "Speak Now"; so this is an updated version of that book with the Speak Now songs added. Which makes me wonder; is there another version of this book coming out with the songs from "Red"? Either way; this book is a worthwhile purchase and the songs are great fun to play along with. Taylor Swift is an endearing songwriter and Im very happy to have my life enriched because of her music. Youll have great fun playing along with the cds with the help of this book.
