I bought Scott; The Piano Guys first book with CD and Instruction book and started playing again about a month ago. They have chord charts on every song. There are no fillers and the song selections are great with good variety and variety of rhythms. You can play straight out this book for a gig. I perform and teach and am going to highly recommend both these books to my students. I just love these books.
