Early Shakespeare play has a good plot and signs of geniusBy CustomerI have decided to read all of Shakespeares theatrical works; and started recently with Henry VI part 2 and the Tempest. My thinking was I would start on the earliest; and the last works; and then meet in the middle to keep it interesting. This history play is one of his earliest works; if the experts are to be believed; and it shows in the writing to some extend. Not as advanced as Hamlet or Macbeth; or certainly the Tempest. But still; its Shakespeare. Superb use of the language in the then evolving Early Modern English language. And how do you rate Shakespeare; really? I liked the plot. Henry VI Part 2 is bloody violent; with lots of heads rolling everywhere.
