My kids are entertained by the high quality pictures. They loved identifying the animals and learning about new animals. Baby animals are cute; so I enjoyed reading this to them. This book has quite a lot of interesting facts about the animals that they have pictures of. This Kindle book is 52 pages long. This book starts off talking about puppies and kittens. The next animal we learn about is the polar bear. We learn that if there is an abundance of food they can grow quite large in their first year. Next we learn about baby monkeys. After learning about baby monkeys and get some general monkey knowledge we move on to learn about baby tigers. Then we learn about baby seals. I learned that baby seals stay on land until their waterproof fur grows in. This book goes on to describe and show great pictures of many other baby animals. There are many other interesting facts about animals that I had probably heard about but forgot a long time ago. Learning is great and especially nice when it doesnt feel like learning. This is a well put together book that I will recommend to my friends. This is a great book well worth the read. If my review has helped you in any way can you please click the like button! Great for kids but the flow could be betterBy Franccedil;oiseThe book is great but there are a few things I noticed. I am not sure these are things children will notice; so this is just for those that might be reading this to inquisitive kids. The pictures are amazing and made me "awwww" through each one. If your child only likes to look at the pictures then this is perfect. The issue is that the book starts with dogs and cats but doesnt give any information on them like the other animals. The other animals have information about feeding on regurgitated food and gestation; which appeals to my science-y mind. The pages are also headed all the same. It seems it would be beneficial to title each page with the animal it is talking about. The flow of the book is also interrupted by how it is set up. Sometimes the info about the animal comes first with only a single picture and moves abruptly to a new animal without an introduction. This would work great in a print book where the picture is on the facing page but in this format it ruins the flow.Again; these are my observations as an adult. For a kid; they likely wont care or be bothered by it at all; depending on their age and level of observation. Swiping ahead to the info and then swiping back to the photo is not a big deal but it doesnt flow great. This book was given at a discount in return for an honest review.3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. This book lacks LOVEBy jakepickleSuch a great idea and some of the pictures are really cute. The book; however lacks "love". The pages with text are so unattractive - it hurts my eyes to look at this unprofessional looking typeface and page layout. Also; there is no consistent; elegant feel of the book - it is more a collection of images someone had in their "inspirational" folder. I do not think this looks attractive at all. I expected a coffee table quality from this book; and this is not it.I received this item for free in an exchange for my honest review.
