Bishops book history includes INKBy Leslie HowsamFabulous book; deep knowledge with a light touch; on a subject thats been weirdly overlooked by scholars; journalists and other researchers. But Ted Bishops travels and archival curiosity (not to mention his motorcycle) carry the reader to places where the people live who really know their ink. Historians of the book will learn a lot; and so will curious readers everywhere.2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. It is a fascinating and enriching journey.
