I enjoyed reading most about the dancers; now that I know their names. I only thing I dont like about the book is that; it should have been proofread very carefully. Takes me waaaaay back.By I. DanielsI remember watching Soul Train on Saturday mornings as a teenager. Damita Jo was my favorite. Especially loved the soul train line. This book took me right back to my teenage years; lying in front of the tv and sometimes dancing along with them. The photographs are great.......platform shoes; bell bottoms; big fros. What fun! Its on the living room table and guests always enjoy looking at the old photos from their youth and remembering SOUL TRAIN and how it impacted their lives. Its one of those thumb through and enjoy for a long time books that is fun to share with everyone.
