It is the best documentary on American housing that I have read. I really appreciate how you wrote it for everyone to understand; and not just for industry folks. It really captured the dramatic changes that are occurring in both the building technology side; but also the service side; which is so important to consumers. (I spent 22 years in the business and know it well; you nailed it!).For anyone looking to understand our industry; this one is a must read.Well done.Paul
