I bought this book thinking that it was going to ...By seaphiloI bought this book thinking that it was going to be a rich cover to cover resource for local historical cemeteries and their art. There were - some - photographs of Hollywood Cemetery but beyond that and the mention that Memorial Church is a mass grave in and of itself not much was devoted to the actual topic.Edgar Allen Poe gets a considerable amount of coverage as does Jefferson Davis.As a resource for local historical landmarks in general it serves its purpose; as a guidebook for local cemeteries it falls well short of what the title promises.
