Very enjoyable and superb photos.By Robert GervaisMeticulously researched; this release contains some truly wonderful old photos and historical information. I particularly was amazed at the pictures of the German prisoners of war who worked the rice fields. The Lower Brazos River Canals is a topic/area that has been long neglected by historians. This is a first-class and much needed addition to the essentials of regional history in this area. A very enjoyable read and recommended highly!
