The melody line is included in the piano part and the vocal notation is missing nuancesBy m.a.r.This is a substandard P/V/G transcription of Lords Pure Heroine album. All the songs have the melody line in the right hand piano part; which you would expect from P/V/G; but overall; the notation seems simplified and in some instances its incorrect.Using "Royals" as an example; the part where she sings "Roy-als (Royals); it dont run in our blood" the "Roy-als (Royals)" part is four quarter notes. Theres no acknowledgement of the slide from A to F# over the first word; or the double voicing on the repeat. In "Glory and Gore" the responses to the lyrics are completely omitted. For example; the line in the song is; "Youve been drinking like the world was gonna end...it didnt" In this print version; "it didnt" is not notated at all. There is a complete error in the next line where the lyric is written "took a shiner from the first of your best friend"--it should be "fist of your best friend."I havent gone through the fine details of all the songs; but based on what Ive found so far this book is a complete disappointment; and whats worse is that it doesnt even include the songs from the extended edition. Id recommend hunting down the vocal/piano chords versions of the singles over this collection.
