A picture bookBy Gregory S. BucherJosef Wilpert was a pre-eminent student of Early Christian Art. This; however; is a book dedicated not so much to explaining (Early Christian) Roman Mosaics in a systematic way but a reprint of a sort of coffee table book with some attractive illustrations. Its too dated to be of any use in understanding the art.
