Ill leave the arguing over Mr Lavernes transcriptions to others. For me; the opportunity to get those chords under my hands just increases my appreciation of Evanss artistry. My goal isnt performance; I just wanted to play these pieces my self for myself. Most satisfactory.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Bill Evans Solo Piano bookBy Donna M. HopsonThis is perfect for me; an intermediate piano student of classical piano. The arrangements capture the essence of Bill Evans while still being accessible. I have started with "Waltz for Debbie". I enjoy playing it and my piano teacher enjoyed hearing it.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.
