An important contribution to the field of American modern dance.By A HelpernI actually published a review of this in the current issue of Ballet Review so Ill repeat here that I recommend it highly. Its the first time one can read what the founders of Benningtons famous dance program had to say. The photographs are marvelous and there is a detailed account of who was there and when. Moreover one can learn more about the socio-economic times that surrounded Bennington and what an amazing struggle it was for the devcelopment of American modern dance.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
