Must Read!By trevytoeHerreras report from the Latina/o Theatre Commons 2013 National Convening does an excellent job of recounting this landmark event. This book should be included in a wide variety of theater courses (both Latina/o and not) as it is a blueprint for how to institute a commons-based approach to art making. Herreras writing style makes for a smooth and easy read that should inspire any reader. Although I did not attend the conference; this book made me feel like I was there--not as a participant; but as a welcome observer.
