So I am reviewing Super Cool Wildlife Volume 2 Kindle Edition by Speedy Publishing (Author). My grandkids range in age of four years old to 14 years old. The two for this book is an 8 year old and eleven years old.Someone stated 43 pages but the book has 52; the cover was counted; but with two empty pages at the end and the credits it came to about 47 pages. There are tons of pictures and explanations in this ebook of wildlife. Please be aware there are 31 pages or there about of pictures including the cover. So you only have 16 or so pages of written text and they are small paragraphs. With what I stated above it is still a good read; especially for homeschooling my grandkids at the ages I stated of eight years old and eleven years old.It has some interesting facts and since their age range is a little off I have to go a little slower so the eight-year-old can grasp it. It is the pictures that keep their attention though. So the good part of the book is it is graphical and has some decent facts. I would of like more pages of words but it will suffice. The bad part is some of the pictures run into another page. Like a tarantula; the back half is on one page and the front half is on another. I did not like that at all; the pictures should have been resized to fit the screen. Also all it did was really give it less pages. As I said it was about 47 pages of pictures and content; but if you take off for all the animals that had two or three pages of pic of the same pic just different parts of it; it becomes very short.I have to give this a three for that reason alone. I get products for free or at a reduced price for reviewing them. As you can see though I give honest reviews.Thank you for reading and hoped it helped you to decide. The NickSter0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. There are many species youll read about in the group of barn owles.Walruses are many hi gs lke being part of the largest pinniped and more. And what makes them able to survive in freezing tempts. There are two things that northern and southern hemisphere whales dont do .and cool facts you may not know. There are ove 1;000 species of bats which bas are the only mammel capable of continous fight. Their feeding differs from species to species of bats.My fear is spiders and they were in the book also but i read about them any ways. Learned they among other members of their flamily lke mites are not insects.Enjoyable easy to read book not all there is to know but a great startI recieved his free to review and give my honest opinion0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Loved it.By Mommy to 5 little peanutsWe were offered this and a few other animal ebooks for free in exchange for an honest review of our opinion of them. We loved this ebook. My kids and I really enjoyed the pictures. It was 51 computer pages long. I dont know if that is the same on a smaller device. I always read them on my computer since the screen is bigger. The pictures were magazine quality. Beautiful! Then there were small pages with information about the different kinds of animals. It was a great kids book since it contained a lot of pictures and the reading pages were small enough to not lose their interest. I loved that the kids were asking questions after each reading segment. It was inspiring them to learn more about the different animal varieties. No evolution was mentioned at all. For any parent that is not interested in teaching that to your child. This doesnt contain any comments about evolution at all. We will read this one again.
